3 artists – 3 albums

Quite a lot has happened in the production lives of this year’s featured artists over the past few weeks. The headliners performing at this fall’s Devastator Hall 2022 have been busy, and three of them have released (are releasing) new remarkable albums. Come along with us for a quick look in our preview and tune in to the wave of Hardstyle madness that is just 2 months away!

Hard Driver – HDNA [Dirty Workz]

Following the success of last year’s ‘Chemistry’, Hard Driver released his fourth solo album on July 10 on Belgian label Dirty Workz, featuring fresh collaborations and, according to many, the best of his output. If ‘Chemistry’ was all about maintaining a strong connection with his fans, on ‘HDNA’ he speaks of the mutual genetic connection between them, his music and his listeners that he felt during a time of social isolation. HDNA stands for Hardstyle DNA, but the initials Hard Driver (HD) are also in the name. “It’s something that unites us and makes us unique”.

“Even when we were separated for too long, we were always genetically connected. Although the road ahead seems long, this year is the time to respond to what is deeply rooted in our HDNA. To party as one and to physically experience again the music that echoes within us. Are you ready to ‘Embrace The Physical’?” he lets his voice be heard.

Miss K8 – Eclipse [Masters of Hardcore]

After a stellar performance at Defqon.1, Miss K8 has gifted the hardcore world with her latest masterpiece, the stunning two-disc album ‘Eclipse’, released on July 8th on the legendary Masters of Hardcore label.

After a long wait since her 2016 debut album ‘Magnet’, now comes her second album of brand new, previously unheard material from Miss K8, featuring exciting and unexpected collaborations with names like Anime, D-Sturb, N-Vitral, Deadly Guns, and, of course, the one and only Angerfist, complete with a compilation of their recent hits.

Miss K8 decided to be extremely generous in terms of album size. This megalomaniacal project consists of 35 tracks – 12 solo tracks, 17 collaborations and 6 remixes that will make every Hardcore fan’s heart sing with joy.

Rejecta – The Keymaker [Roughstate]

The freshest and also just released piece from the world of Hardstyle is the album ‘The Keymaker’ by Dutch Raw specialist Rejecta.

Rejecta has decided to release his album ‘The Keymaker’ in parts, but the first 3 released tracks ‘Set Myself Free’, ‘Homicide’ (in collaboration with Act of Rage) and ‘The Keymaker’ already assure us that this will be a serious record full of bass detonations that will make the Small Sports Hall shake its foundations in September. We’re looking forward to it!
