TICKETS AT THE DOORS
Tickets will be available at the door for 900 CZK. It will also be possible to buy lockerboxes for 250 CZK on site.
START OF EVENT
The event area opens at 9:00pm, when the music production begins, and closes at 5:00pm with the conclusion of the music production. Admission to the event area is 18 years of age or older. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the venue. Tickets are no longer valid after leaving the premises.
ENTRY & ACCREDITATION
Visitors who have purchased a ticket in advance of the event will go directly to the entrance of the venue. Avoid buying tickets from resellers – all tickets are scanned on entry and cannot be reused. We recommend you arrive before 21:00 to avoid unnecessary queues and missing some of the international performers.
The accreditation desk will open at 20:30 and is located as well as the ticket office outside the entrance to the venue. Don’t forget to bring your ID, required for identification on your accreditations.
LEAVING THE PREMISES
Once you leave the premises, your ticket expires.
LOCKER BOXES AND CLOAKROOM
It will be possible to buy lockerboxes for 250 CZK / 11 EUR on site + 100 CZK for key deposit. The capacity of one lockerbox is approximately 4 jackets or 3 jackets and one backpack. It is possible to buy a lockerbox with friends. A locker room will not be available on site.
ZPT/P DISCOUNT
A visitor who can prove himself / herself with a ZTP / P card (or 3rd degree of disability) and a ticket to the event is allowed to take his / her assistant with him / her free of charge. This exception does not apply to holders of disability (or degree II of disability).
PAYMENTS ON SITE
Throughout the venue, you can pay in cash – Czech crowns and euros – as well as by card.

MEET & GREET
Unfortunately, there will be no MEET&GREET at Devastator Hall 2023.
MERCHANDISE
You can purchase official Devastator merchandise at the event, directly from the Merchandise booth. T-shirts, hoodies, crop tops and a range of accessories will be on sale. Iconic merch can also be purchased now on our online shop store.beatworx.cz.
FOOD
There are plenty of bars with soft and alcoholic drinks. There will also be a snack stand at the event, in case you get hungry during the night.
BACK-UP CUPS
To save the environment tons of waste, we are once again introducing back-up cups. The deposit per cup will be 70 CZK. When you buy another drink, each cup will be exchanged for a clean one. Cups can be returned at the bars. Damaged or otherwise degraded cups cannot be redeemed.
FIRST AID
Medical services will be on site. Security and firefighters will also be walking the grounds to ensure everyone’s safety. Please report any problems to our security immediately.
HARD & SMART
The Hard and Smart Program will be taking care of your party safety at the event. If you don’t know them yet, you can stop by when you feel the party is getting too much!

NOTICE
Devastator Hall will be sounded by a professional audio (PA) system from Funktion-One. Attendees are encouraged to bring earplugs to protect their hearing.
PHOTOS AND VIDEO
Photography and filming at the festival with cameras, camcorders and mobile phones is allowed. Recording with professional equipment is only possible with prior arrangement and approved accreditation. When using photos and recordings, it is always necessary to visibly mention where the shots are taken from.
SMOKING
There is a strict no smoking policy in Hall 13 – please respect this. Visitors will have the opportunity to get out in the fresh air throughout the festival – a large enough outdoor area is reserved for this purpose.
GPS & HOW TO REACH US?
The next edition of Devastator Hall 2023 will take place in the industrial Hall 13 at the Holešovice Market. The location is in the centre of Prague, making Devastator Hall 2023 perfectly accessible for all Prague and non-Prague fans.
There are many stops nearby – TRAM Holešovická tržnice, Metro “C” Vltavská (both about 5 minutes walk).

PARKING
Non-stop parking in the complex offers 400 outdoor parking spaces with the possibility of entering from Jateční and Komunardů streets. 1 hour of parking is free of charge. Each additional hour 50 CZK/hour incl. VAT
PROHIBITIONS AND WARNINGS
It is forbidden to bring into the premises any drinks, weapons, drugs, pyrotechnics, laser pointers, aerosol sprays, cans, plastic bottles, camelbacks or any sharp objects that could endanger other visitors. Dealers who are caught on the premises selling drugs will be handed over to the police with the assistance of security. If you see such a person, please let our security staff know.
Every visitor is required to submit to a security check, which we thank you in advance for respecting. We ask that visitors avoid crowding if there is a queue, as this will not expedite your entry to the festival.
Our video team will be on site filming during the event. Please treat them with respect and you may be rewarded with participation in the festival aftermovie.
